Job DescriptionA successful cleaning company in Long Island is looking for a Project Manager to work within the tri-state area.
Must be bi-lingual (English / Spanish) and have a valid driver's license as a company van will be provided.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Must have experience with:
Deep Cleaning of commercial building/facilitiesReporting deficiencies and/or any safety hazards to Management so they can be reported to the client.
Taking before and after photos of work and submitting daily reports to regional teamConstruction cleanupsCarpet extractionsStrip and Wax, Buffing floorsPressure washingWindow cleaningHi-low dustingGeneral office cleaning Training and recruitment of cleaning staffReporting hours to payrollLiason between Customer Care Managers and Project CrewsLaison between Regional Managers, District Managers and Project CrewsLiason between Warehouse Manager and Project CrewsTrain Floor Care Supervisors/Technicians on new procedures and equipment and/or retrainingEnsuring the Project Crews equipment is in proper working orderEvaluating Project Crews workload Ensuring that the warehouse has the proper supplies for the Project Crews to perform all tasksEnsuring the Project Crews vans and equipment are meeting Imperial's appearance standards and functionalityInspect jobs to make sure we are meeting our clients expectations and high level of qualityBilingual English and Spanish skills preferredFlexibility with working hours.
Emergency nights and weekend work may be required.
